The Spicy Southwest Salad has between 590 and 890 calories when you include all of the toppings and dressing. So if you choose the options that make it almost 900 calories it’s hard to consider that very healthy since it’s more than 50% of most people’s daily recommended calorie intake.
However, if you choose one of the healthier salad dressings or get no dressing at all the Spicy Southwest Salad would be quite a healthy meal.

If you want to get a Spicy Southwest Salad with as few calories as possible you will want to order it without any chicken and dont put the tortilla strips, chili lime pepitas, or dressing on it.

I will go into each of these in more detail below and whether the amount of those that are in the Spicy Southwest Salad would be considered healthy or not.
I will give some general nutrition advice based on what the experts recommend for a daily diet. But your situation might call for a different amount of calories, fat, saturated fat, and sodium.
So just because this is a general recommendation for a normal person doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t check out all of the additional nutrition information that is throughout this article.

The next nutritional value that I want to look at is the fat content that is in the Spicy Southwest Salad. How much fat you should consume varies but according to Livestrong if your calorie goal is 1800 a day then you should eat somewhere between 40 and 70 g of fat.
The Spicy Southwest Salad has between 47 and 61 grams of fat in it which means if 40-70 is your daily goal this salad has between 67% and 118% for the salad with no chicken (47g) and between 87% and 153% of your recommended fat for the salad with Chick-n-Strips (61g).
As you can probably guess from those percentages, the Spicy Southwest Salad from Chick-Fil-A is not at all healthy when it comes to fat content. As with the calories mentioned above the fat content can be lowered by adjusting the toppings and dressing that you use.
