Milk is used in so many recipes for baking. Almost every household has some type of milk sitting inside their refrigerator.

So, milk can be used instead of oat milk. Coming from oats, oat milk is a good dairy-free choice for milk. Oats are soaked in water, blended, and then strained to create this milk substitute.

Any other kind of milk can be used as a substitute for milk such as non-dairy milks (oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc), evaporated milk, or dry milk. Sour cream or yogurt and half and half can also be used as milk substitutes.
